My pathetic timing for tis run:

An average 6 min perkm pace... Managed to hit the 5K mark in 30+ mins, but sadly when I hit the hill (around 7-8K mark) engine mati...

Pre run jitters

Dear bloggie,

I can't remember the last time I had pre run jitters...

I feel like my leg is suddenly like a cracked glass, everything like cracking here and there... Maybe it's just a mind trick due to jitters.

I packed everything I needed for tomolo runs:

Vest, bib and shorts - Checked
Shoe and Timing chip - Checked
Spare clothes and bag - Checked
High carbs and fiber nite meal - Checked
Gud luck kiss from...

Guess I'm ready to kick off this year's running season...

I'll be aiming for a 55 min time, as the 10K is actually 10.8K, meaning my target speed of 5 min perkm = 11 x 5 = 55 min. Well, time for my beauty sleep coz I need drag myself up at 4am... May the force be with me!

Lack of talent

Feeling a bit emo at the moment... Doubting myself more than ever...

Why am I so lacking in any talent?

Some will say I lack effort, but I ponder isn't talent and effort 2 different things? It's true that to fully realize one's talent, one need hard work but the question that bugs me is are everyone actually equal in terms of talent or it's there such thing as no talent?
