Pre run jitters

Dear bloggie,

I can't remember the last time I had pre run jitters...

I feel like my leg is suddenly like a cracked glass, everything like cracking here and there... Maybe it's just a mind trick due to jitters.

I packed everything I needed for tomolo runs:

Vest, bib and shorts - Checked
Shoe and Timing chip - Checked
Spare clothes and bag - Checked
High carbs and fiber nite meal - Checked
Gud luck kiss from...

Guess I'm ready to kick off this year's running season...

I'll be aiming for a 55 min time, as the 10K is actually 10.8K, meaning my target speed of 5 min perkm = 11 x 5 = 55 min. Well, time for my beauty sleep coz I need drag myself up at 4am... May the force be with me!
