Dear bloggie,

Despite the rain, jam and a hungry stomach, I managed to make it in time (Actually abit late but no sweat since the gig also started abit late)... No thxs to the 10 mins delay in LRT train just infront of KLCC station due to "jam" problem!?

Before I start b*cthin bout this live performance, let me reveal I have not before even heard 1 song from this band... So frankly speaking, I was going to this gig with a "Suprise Me" sticker on my back. So wat is my take on the performance...?

One word "Bizarrely Mesmerizing"... Ok, that's 2 words, so sue me. Anyway I was like "WTF!? Did I landed on Planet XYZ325" when they started their 1st song. Their insanely bizzare melody on the background coupled with some really coolz lighting, really make me feel like I'm no longer at KLCC Convention Hall planet Earth. And who can forget the feel and sight as these bright blinding lights skim through the crowds from your view, simply dunno how to explain also this feel. However do get the "No boobs while watching porn" feel when hearing tis band since I have yet to hear a rock band perform with no vocals one. (Note: This band only play music instruments, no vocals one unless u count the keyboardist alienized/synthesized/papanized/mamanized/watever vocals).

I mostly enjoyed the parts of the performance where the song is at it's climax (ie: loudest). Most of their songs have a VERY fluctuating sound, so it's common to have a moment of soft bizarre yet soothing melody before suddenly exploding with flashes of white blinding light into a goddamn heart-pounding blast of vibration with probably enuff kW to rejuvenate ones heart several times over.

So my experience at this live performance was great but I feel fall short from my SingFest one. Probably coz I think the crowd not too rowdy and lack interaction between the band and the crowd besides the "Thank You"s from the bald guitarist.

Anyway alot of leng lui was there. MFR probably had a field day "observing" the babe standing beside him. Tiu, pura-pura goyang kepala during performance wanna take advantage do nonsense ka? LOL
