Kamen Rider Decade Ep 3

One word, WOW! (Not World Of Warcraft ya...)

Tis episode definitely gets my vote as one of the most exciting starters episode in the Kamen Rider series.

A mysterious + sinister villain boss, A 4 way tag Rider Smackdown, Some nice off battle comedy, A battalion of Grongis (The Kuuga world's monster race) creating chaos in Tokyo, A powerful monster of episode that kicked Decade's @$$ and finally a classic double tag Rider vs powerful monster showdown. Heck, Tis episode is worthy of a Kamen Rider finale episode...

Only complain is the overuse of CGI to substitute the final showdown between Decade + Kuuga Vs Wolf Grongi. I was expecting a awesome old skool fight scene, as Decade having earlier being overpowered by Wolf Grongi would tag with Kuuga to laid the smackdown on Wolf Grongi but instead was treated to CGI fight scene that sorta kill the mood for the epic showdown. Sure the CGI is impressive (for Kamen Rider series standard), but nothing beats a get your hands dirty fist fight between 2 riders against a powerful monster... Too bad really, else tis episode would definitely be flawless in my book.

Episode 3 manages to carry on the fast pace tempo from Ep 1 and 2 by throwing in the Hoppers Brothers (From Kabuto) into the fray for a short but awesome fist (and leg of course) battle against Decade and Kuuga. And the awesome introduction of the Wolf Grongi (where Decade tries a sneak attack only to get smackdown by tis powerful foe). And Decade and Kuuga taking on a battalion of recycled Grongi, not the mention the dead of Kuuga's gal at the end, they're really pulling out all the stops.

Next episode, Decade enters Kiva's world. The preview looks very promising with a new Wataru aka Kiva (A small kid!?), the disturbingly funny Spider Fangire is back and another rider showdown (Decade Vs Kaixa)... W00t...
